Three generations of local pest control
We’re a family-owned pest control company with three generations of experience treating homes and businesses across the Texas Hill Country. We handle just about everything Central Texas throws at you, from ants and scorpions to termites and wildlife, and we do it without long-term contracts, surprise fees, or a hard sell. You get one written price up front and a straight answer about what your property actually needs.
Most pest problems around here aren’t solved by spraying the baseboards once. Bugs come from somewhere, they follow food and water, and they get back in through the same gaps every season. Our job is to find that source, treat it, and close the door behind it, then check back through the year so it stays handled. If pests show up between your scheduled visits, we come back and re-treat at no extra cost.
Pest control for homes and businesses
Most customers start with a simple recurring plan that keeps the common pests out all year. For homes, that means treating the spots where pests actually live and travel, then putting a barrier around the exterior so the next wave can’t get in. One plan covers the usual suspects, including ants, roaches, spiders, scorpions, and silverfish, and everything we use is applied with your kids and pets in mind.
For businesses, service is built around your hours and the documentation your inspectors and auditors expect. We work with restaurants, retail shops, offices, warehouses, and property managers who can’t afford a pest problem walking through the front door, and we schedule around your operation so it never gets in the way.
Pest pressure changes with the seasons
Central Texas doesn’t give you much of a break from pests, but the lineup shifts through the year. Knowing what’s coming is half the battle, which is why staying on recurring service beats waiting for a problem to show up.
- Spring. Warm, wet weather wakes everything up. Ants start trailing indoors, wasps begin building, and termites send out swarmers looking for new wood. It’s the right time to get ahead of the season and check for early termite activity.
- Summer. The heat brings out the pests the Hill Country is known for. Mosquitoes breed in any standing water, scorpions push inside looking for cool and damp, and fire ants take over yards. Fleas and ticks peak too, especially if you have pets.
- Fall. As it cools off, rodents start hunting for a warm place to nest and spiders follow the other bugs indoors. This is the time to seal up entry points before the weather turns.
- Winter. Pests don’t disappear, they hide. Rodents settle into attics and walls, and roaches stay active in warm, sheltered spots like kitchens and water heaters. Steady service through the cold months keeps small problems from becoming spring infestations.
How our pest control works
Every property is a little different, so we listen and look before we treat anything.
- We talk it through. Tell us what you’re seeing and where, and we’ll tell you what’s likely going on.
- We inspect. We walk the property, find the entry points and problem areas, and pin down exactly what we’re dealing with.
- We treat the source. You get a plan and a thorough first treatment aimed at where pests nest and travel, not just where you’ve spotted them.
- We keep it that way. Recurring visits through the year stay ahead of the seasons, and if pests turn up between visits, so do we, at no extra charge.
Call before noon and we’ll do our best to be out the same day.
Safe, targeted treatment
We treat where pests live and travel, not across the middle of your living space, and we use the least amount of product that gets the job done. We’ll always tell you what we’re applying and how long to stay off a treated area, which is usually just until it dries. If you have specific concerns about kids, pets, or sensitive spots in the house, tell us up front and we’ll plan around them.
